Book: The I Ching Or Book Of Changes
About: The I Ching, or Book of Changes, is one of the 1st efforts of the human mind to place itself within the universe. It has exerted a living influence in China for 3000 years and interest in it has spread in the West. Set down in the dawn of history as a book of oracles, the Book of Changes deepened in meaning when ethical values were attached to the oracular pronouncements; it became a book of wisdom, eventually one of the Five Classics of Confucianism, and provided the common source for both Confucianist and Taoist philosophy.

Reflections
Time is paradoxical in that we're always running out of it but also can't do without it. (Click here to share on Twitter/X)
Any decision you make must come with some degree of faith. (Click here to share on Twitter/X)
We all agree that selfishness is the cause of all misery. However, most are under the illusion that it's other people's selfishness and never their own that causes their misery. (Click here to share on Twitter/X)
Video
Been really thinking about this video lately: Set an Aspirational Hourly Rate. I had it in my head that this had to do with everything, until recently, I realised that you should set an aspirational hourly rate only on the things that you don’t want to do. When it comes to the things you enjoy, this doesn’t apply. And it’s a useful tool to get you to be deliberate/economical with your time, especially surrounding the things you don’t want to do, but might have to do.
